The building is a 3 story building made up of 7 units i.e 5 one bedroom unit and 2 two bedroom unit, with a rooftop at the top where guests can chill and relax in the evenings.
Each unit is fully furnished with a standby 24/7 generator. Building is located few minutes to Santa Lucia Bonaberi, SPA Bonaberi and other major supermarkets as well as some of the best night clubs around Bonaberi.

House Rules
- Check-in: 3PM
- Checkout: Before 12:00 PM.
- Outside these timeframes, contact host/management for consideration (extra charge may apply).
- Maximum number of guests for is 2. Outside of these numbers, inform host/management (extra charge may apply).
- Charge per night for each unit comes with a 5hrs (7pm - 12am) supply of electricity (by the standby generator) incase of power cut. If guest needs power supply outside this time frame incase of power cut, contact host/management. Guest will be provided power supply at a daily cost.
- Upon check-in, guests will be taken to their unit by management representative for a complete tour of the unit. Any customer questions and concerns will be answered. All items will be checked by both guest and management representative to make sure all is in good state and working. Before guest leaves, this process will be repeated and any destroyed item/objects will be paid on the spot by the guest before checkout.
- If guest will be returning very late especially after midnight please get in touch with conceirge onsite to inform them.
- New and clean beddings exchange will be provided once a week. Cleaning staff will provide cleaning services once a week as well as for extra cleaning services contact management.
- Cancel within 48 hours after booking and before the Check-In Date and get a full refund.
- Cancel after 48 hours of the booking and before the Check-In Date and get a 50% refund minus a service fee.
