- No overcrowding or reassembling of more than 6 persons in an apartment
- Any damage object in the apartment must be claimed and paid
- Obligatory turning off of all electrical appliances before departure in the apartment.
- Cancel within 48 hours after booking and before the Check-In Date and get a full refund.
- Cancel after 48 hours of the booking and before the Check-In Date and get a 50% refund minus a service fee.
